    From Pre-production Operator to Commercial Head

    Summary

    Adarsha is one of the most renowned publishing houses in Bangladesh, and it has been the foundation of my professional growth. I started my journey here as an operator and have steadily progressed to the role of Commercial Head. Over the past seven years, I have immersed myself in every facet of the publishing industry—gaining hands-on experience in book production, operational management, and business strategy. Working closely with teams across editorial, digital marketing, accounting, operations, and product development has given me a well-rounded perspective on the industry. Today, I oversee key areas, including management, accounts, HR, technology, and production, ensuring seamless operations and strategic growth.

    • Event Management: Organized and provided technical support for events such as book launch ceremonies and the Ekushay Boi Mela stall.
    • Database Creation and Management: Developed and managed a comprehensive Google Sheets database to track book-related data, inventory, production, sales, and low-stock analysis.
    • Process Development: Streamlined processes in production, sales, and accounting for improved efficiency.
    • Recruitment and Mentorship: Conducted interviews for over 50 candidates and mentored/trained 10 youth.
